Terms of Service
The ads will be created and maintained by Netstratix L.L.C.
Once space is filled up it will be guaranteed, as long as the client does not go into default with payment.
The service is month to month, so you are not contractually bound to keep the ad posted on tattoodallas.com every month. If you choose to remove the ad the space will be resold to any other prospective shop. Netstratix will not remove the ad for any reason other than request or payment default.
Payment will be made before design service is started, before the month begins, and before each recurring month. Late Payment will be considered default and if not made within 7 days the space will be resold without question.
Setup fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.
